At Blue Print, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
